Personal and business papers of Glover and of members of his family. Family papers contain personal correspondence of immediate family members and a combination of personal and business papers of extended family members, including Glover's grandparents, aunts, and uncles. Charles Glover's business papers contain correspondence with national leaders and members of Washington society, financial documents, bound transcripts of U.S. v. Charles Glover, William J. Flather, and Henry H. Flather (1916), and a series of records documenting Glover's extensive real estate holdings. Scrapbooks trace Glover's involvement in various presidential inaugural activities, the development of Rock Creek and Potomac parks, the establishment of Washington National Cathedral, and various local and philanthropic issues.
